You can’t get our Berkshire pork anywhere else but here! Our pigs are raised on the Saskatchewan prairies and have a free-range happy life, as they should if they are going to feed us!

We stopped eating pork years ago, it tasted awful and I really couldn’t stomach eating an animal that had been raised in a pig barn!

If I’m eating an animal I want to know it had a good life and I love my pigs! If they are making the ultimate sacrifice for us they deserve to have a happy free-range life! They deserve to be pigs, rooting, wallowing and foraging!

If we want to eat pork the only way for us is to raise our own, now I know not everyone can do that but we can raise your pork for you!

How to buy

1. Sign up to our insiders.

2. When we restock I send out a “get porkin” email.

3. Order your pork and either pick up from the farm or we will schedule a delivery.

A side of pork will give you great variety of pork cuts to choose from

(approx 70lb pork, depending on how you choose to have it cut)

You can choose to have it cut and wrapped to your specs or choose our standard cut and wrap.

Custom cut and wrap $7.49/lb based on hanging weight - actual weight depends on how you have it cut.

Standard Cut and Wrap $6.95/lb - All roasts and chops are bone in. You can choose to have bacon and ham instead of pork belly and pork leg.

I go over all your options with you whichever you choose.

Berkshire Pork Shares - The perfect choice for a well-rounded cook with a small freezer.

You get the same delicious variety of pork cuts as a pork side but not as much.

Our Pigs live a stress-free life & happily Free-Range Year round

They are slow grown for better flavour.

Fed locally grown grains - (we do not feed antibiotic-laden feed.)

Our Pork

  • Double-wrapped so it lasts longer in your freezer if you can resist eating it.

  • Traditional British sausages No Gluten added, sugar-free sausages.

  • Our butcher does not mix our pork with other farmers pork.

  • A share is cut to your specs (I go through these with you so that you have a complete understanding of the process)

  • WE NEVER PROCESS BOARS FOR MEAT - if you have had pork that stinks like piss - it’s a boar - and NO your wife is not imagining it - women are more prone to smell it than men!
