Pork & shrimp burgers with Quick Asian Slaw

Ingredients
12 oz raw shrimp minced
2 cloves garlic grated
1 tablespoons chopped ginger
1 plain rice cake crushed
2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Quick Asian Slaw
1/4 Napa Cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot
1/2 apple, grated
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp chilli flakes
Pork & Shrimp Burger Instructions
Mix cornstarch with Soy sauce
Add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and let sit in fridge for 10 - 15 mins
Form into patties and grill over medium heat - until internal temp is 160 degrees F
Quick Asian Slaw Instructions
Mix all ingredients together
Serve burgers on soft rolls.
