    $155 Pork shares can be ordered and paid for in full online. (Get $5 off when you Pay by e-transfer)

    Pork sides and ¼ shares require a deposit. Email me here to order.

    The final price is calculated when your side or package is processed.

    You can pay with a credit card or by e-transfer.

    Cash payments are also accepted for farm pick-ups!

Berkshire Pork promises to deliver on flavour. It is nothing like store-bought pork! Don’t worry I go over all your options with you and feel free to call me/text me.

It’s a lot of information to take in if you are new to buying a side of pork.

  • Standard cut $6.95/lb based on hanging weight - approx cost $700 (bacon and hams are optional extras - add $55)

  • Custom cut and wrap $7.49/lb based on hanging weight - approx cost $750 (bacon and hams are optional extras - add $55)

For all your favourite cuts choose to have your pork custom-cut to your specifications.

You will need approximately 4 cubic feet space in your freezer for a side of pork.

A side of pork gives you a large selection of cuts that will suit any level of cooking skills and how you like to cook.

I go over all your options so you have plenty of meal choices! You just need to decide what to cook!

  • Pulled pork shoulder, BBQ or slow cook it in your favourite sauce. It's easy and so satisfying.

  • A Sunday roast of pork leg with all the trimmings or on a dark winter's day try my Berkshire bourguignon it's so rich and satisfying with mashed potatoes or fresh baked bread.

  • Gound pork brings global food to your table in minutes, Pad kaprao from Thailand, Italian Meatballs or pasta sauce, or Mexican chilli, or shepherd's pie, a British favourite (yes I know should be lamb but in our house we use pork and we are called Shepherd after all! ) Oh and homemade sausages! 

  • Let's not forget bbq pork ribs.

  • Or Hickory Smoked ham for Easter and Christmas.

  • Breakfast options, get your pork belly made into hickory smoked bacon!


Custom cut and wrap$7.49/lb based on hanging weight - actual weight depends on how you have it cut, I go over everything with you to get the best cuts for your family.

Standard Cut and Wrap $6.95/lb - All roasts and chops are bone in. You can choose to have bacon and ham instead of pork belly and pork leg for $55 extra.
