I will go over your requirements with you so that you get the best from a side of pork.

Cost is $7.89/lb based on hanging weight Sides are usually 100lb hanging - skinless and headless.

You will get approx 70lb meat depending on how you have it cut and wrapped for $789 (Bacon, ham and sausage are extra)

• the processing fees (for basic cut and wrap)

Optional extras are

• SIDE BACON $25

• Full leg smoked ham or gammon $30

• breakfast sausage $4.50/lb

• dinner sausage $3.50/lb

• Extra Ground pork/British bacon can be made - ask me about the extra cost for these
